Our LaSalle office, at 8901 Newman Boulevard, covers the southwest of the island and the South Shore. From Verdun to Brossard, through Saint-Henri and Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, it's the launch point for our teams across the Lachine Canal and Champlain Bridge corridor.

A strategic base for the Southwest
Newman Boulevard is LaSalle's main commercial artery, close to Carrefour Angrignon and the Angrignon metro station on the green line. The area mixes post-war duplexes, apartment buildings, and newer condo projects along the Aqueduct Canal. From this office, our managers reach Verdun and Saint-Henri via De La Vérendrye Boulevard in about fifteen minutes, and cross directly to Longueuil and Brossard over the Champlain and Jacques-Cartier bridges. It's also our base for emergency calls in the riverside neighbourhoods, where older rental stock demands fast response times.
